Analyse and subscribe the labor attributed to the specifications and tasks performed in an effort to determine value versus cost.
We personally visit each site to to verify headcount, square footages, and services provided.
Review frequencies and draw comparisons to lease requirements.
Analyse industry standards and apply to square footage costs, population and supplies utilized.
Review annual increases and correlate to union increases and applicable costs.
Prepare a detailed item by item summary of all conclusions and recommendations.
Actively participate in negotiation process.
Prepare bids if necessary and prepare schedules, contracts and attend all meetings/walk throughs.
